www.talus.890m.com is also www.bizarremagic.com

Also, www.madgician.com, while not yet online, will be coming up soon. It is a study on the history and magical work of Geoff Krozier. I have been working closely with some of his old band-mates/friends to create something very nice.

It should be of great interest to bizarrists. Geoff has certainly changed the way I perceive Bizarre Magic. He was an "unsung" genius, but I believe that he will be "well-sung" soon. I hope, at any rate.

More later.

You know, since we lost Oracle, and Mind Over Magic before that, I can't think of any. I am not sure if Krypts is still around. Once I get Negromicon going it will feature not only an initiation into the Bizarre, but hopefully ongoing premium content. The problem with the printed publications is they were being scanned and pirated instead of everyone paying their fair entrance (which was nominal). So the publications were generating a loss instead of at least paying for themselves. That is sad and disturbing. Any future efforts will have to have strategies to deal with the piracy.

I'd also heard a fellow brother I know was contemplating a publication, but I've not heard further on that.

I poked around on Google, but there is too much stunts and magicians doing partial sideshow posing as bizarre magicians. That is strange, but it is not bizarre magic. One of the efforts on Negromicon will be to clarify what is bizarre magic.

Thanks Michael. I knew you had another domain but it didn't come up when I searched for you in Google! Oh yeah, Geoff was one crazy guy. That guy was extreme edge of bizarre, he was amazing.

That is the site of Kerry Cameron, "Bizarre," and "Captain Kid." He used to show up here and on the yellow board, but I haven't heard from him in a long time. He sold that monkey's paw that came from some kind of animal, and other stuff. Cool guy.

A marvelous book actually. Brimming with facts, suggestions, information etc. concerning the Ouija Board and how to use it properly and successfully. The suggestions and presentation from Paul Prater
are worth the price of admission.

I have no doubt you will enjoy the read and learn new things along the way

Message: Posted by: Trivellino (Nov 17, 2011 1:14pm)
Just thought I would introduce myself, as I have just joined the Café today 17th November 2011.I am from the UK and have had an interest in Magic from an early age, well since my first Paul Daniels Magic set. I am a not a professional Magician, just a very keen Amateur with a big love of this art form, my main job is an actor, hence the name Trivellino.

I have looked in on The Magic Café on many a few times, but have at last plucked up the courage to join and hopefully to contribute. It is very hard for me to list my main interests in magic, as I love the whole element of wonder that all genres give, but I do enjoy Story telling/ Bizarre and mystery magic.

Its very exciting and inspiring to see so many great looking sites and especially in the UK.

Best wishes to all.

Wanted to point out DUST AND CORRUPTION to my fellow travelers in bizarre. Run by my good friend, Mike, he reviews all things spooky, mysterious, and down right gruesome. Films, concerts, theatre, and, most importantly, new and rare books. He does a fine job of themeing his entries -- creating story and context -- and though not geared towards magic, he presents plenty for inspiration. Go dig around in the bones and have fun.

Message: Posted by: Brother Dæmonicus (Jun 8, 2012 3:45pm)
Well, brethren, I suspect I should add my own apothecary here:

www.daemonic-dreams.co.uk specialises in unique, hand-crafted effects and a multitude of supporting arcane props, dressings and tools. Dæmonic Dreams is a unique, niche supplier to the Bizarrist,Occultist and Paranormal performance community.

We ship internationally and Brother Dæmonicus, our Dark Craftsman (and purpordedly an excommunicated Benedictine priest, if you believe his tales...) will stop at nothing to provide props and effects that raise the bar, in terms of realism.

We look forward to serving you, and assisting in the captivation of your audiences.
Message: Posted by: S.WARD (Jun 9, 2012 5:53pm)
And so it came to pass that Dark Ents posted in this section. Let it be known that we create and sell Bizarre magick effects that come from the dark mind (and act) of myself. Let it also be known that there is more to come from us in future. The spirits tell me that we ship internationally and offer a 'one price buy as much as you like' shipping rate.

On a serious note. We are a startup company selling my own creations, everything that has my name on it is used (or has been) in the dark Ents shows for real paying audiences. I am a professional entertainer and always happy to answer questions about any of our products.I want to put customer service first and will always do my best to help in anyway I can.
