I am a little confused on this. If you have a good hand in poker, you can raise can’t you? It is explained as an aggressive approach to poker in all the guru authored books. Should not one be able to do the same in BJ? Makes sense to me. At least that is what I said to the judge but I think he was a little biased and ruled in the casino’s favor. ;)
Actually, the big mistake this guy made was he should have spoken to Mickey Silver first and gotten the lowdown on how this should have been correctly done. Plus, I don’t hear any” whoosh” sound when he makes the move. That’s the key to making the play ultra-deceptive. :)
