(Close Window) Topic: How do you store and transport your soft puppet?

I'm wondering how those of you who use soft puppets pack, store, and transport them. Cases? Duffle bags? Something else? Also, do you use the same container on stage as you do to transport/store your puppets?

I use one of these bags from The Dummy Shoppe. They'll even monogram it with your figure's name for free

My soft puppets are individually packed in duffle bags then placed in a suitcase with wheels :)

I have 2 Maher cases and 2 ATA cases for my hard figures.

In case I need to travel by airplane, I put the head in a small sports bag along with some other stuff like my laptop and hand carry it. The body along with the vent stand, masks, a soft puppet or two, a marionette and a few other stuff are placed in a big suitcase and checked in.

In cases like only a short act is required  but I need to travel by airplane. I place the head in a small sports bag and hand carry it. The body is placed in a bigger bag along with just the masks, the vent stand and my clothes.

If I don't feel like bringing a hard figure, I bring a soft puppet and the masks. If this is the case, everything is placed in a sports bag and checked in.
