It offers great insight and her approaches to performing, writing and most of all delivering the material and making it your style. Even if you are not interested in being a "comedian" there is much valuable information. If you ever get he chance, talk to Judy in person or hear her speak, by all means do it as she's a wealth of information, far exceeding the content of the book. [/quote]
