A rising card effect from Mr Tucker, is it good?

Nearly nine years have gone by and no one responded to Mats's question?
Why is it that two of the video demos I've seen show the card rising while the deck is held back towards the audience? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UuqSOZoF4gA and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmVWu3nKui0 I'd prefer a deck where the card rises with the face of the deck toward the audience? Do you absolutely have to hold the deck backs towards the audience? ----- Amado "Sonny" Narvaez

Do you absolutely have to hold the deck backs towards the audience? Yes, you have to show the back of the deck to the audience. The only way for the cards to rise with their faces toward the audience would be to replace the selection(s) into the face down deck in a face up position. |
