I was thinking about using a combination of airborne glass with a "change"...

anyone played with that idea with any tips?

Seems like the liquid would have to go into both places...or the glass would be off balance. Any weight to off set the liquid coming in would cause the "empty glass" to tilt..maybe that is why I haven't seen it.(yet)

I'm sure you could arrange the cross line(s) so the glass would remain "level", but I would be concerned about the glass wanting to rotate on its own (as hanging objects will tend to do). I can't think of any easy way, short of two suspension points, to prevent this natural rotation.
