Did you take a closer look to the date of the last posting?
Meanwhile Ted is in a sanatory because he has pakinson. So, I don´t think that Ted will write any book in further future (or maybe anymore). But if you are interested in more informations about ted, you should contact Bill Palmer, who is also a member of the magic Café, a close friend of Ted and the translator of some books from german mentalists.
