Check with U.S. Playing Card Company.

You will probably have a problem. They are 3 layers thick.

I would suggest taking a playing card to a local printer. They have sample books of the types of paper they can order, but I've never seen it for sale anywhere.

Special paper made like older style movie theatre tickets, in layers.
Did you consider buying a jumbo Bike Blank-Deck and cutting it down?

Bikes are made with a paper construction that is uniquely U.S. Playing card design. They claim it is proprietary and they are not very willing to share.

At one time, playing cards were called pasteboards, because they were made of the same stuff past board boxes were made of. They did not have a protective finish, like modern cards and would swell, just from the humidity in the air. To keep them from swelling they kept then in a card presses.
Wile you won’t be able to match the linen finish on Bicycle cards, printers should be able to come up with a close match of card stock (business cards), in right weight and texture very similar . Once you have made your item, you will have to spray them with a sealer of art fixative to keep the form swelling.
Our friends don't have to agree with me about everything and some that I hold very dear don't have to agree about anything, except where we are going to meet them for dinner.
