I believe your asking about a Sanada gimmick and I think you would be money and time ahead to just purchase one as they are not that costly..that's just my opinion

They are very inexpensive. I've heard that you can make them more rigid by gluing two of them together, however I personally found it to be too bulky. Your personal experience may vary. Also, in the directions it doesn't tell you, but you need to cut it down so it fits your fingers/hand.

Okay for you really cheap magicians that don't want to spend $7.00, put your hand on your printers scanner. Scan your hand with fingers closed.
Now go to the hobby shop and buy either a sheet of plastic, but if you are really cheap, steal the plastic from a pastry item that your parents or wife purchased at the store. Not glue the print out of your hand on the plastic. Cut to fit, you have a perfect size to cut from print out. There you go, it should take you 15 minutes to make one. |
