I got Simply Simon largely for Point Spread. Have been digging deeper of late and have discovered the Two Possibilities gem. It has to be just about the most baffling and straightforward Open Prediction effect I have come across. The core move is so simple and deceptive even in my clumsy hands, and I was comfortable trying this on humans almost right away. The required gaff can be secreted onto the deck out of a hold-out like the UCCU or by old fashioned palming after the spectator has shuffled and inspected the deck (though this isn't required). I also believe the spec can deal the cards on the table and the performer later pick them up, and it doesn't have to be all in-hands as Aronson describes.
I know that Open Prediction, like ACAAN, is thought to impress magicians more than muggles, but I do love this trick and wonder about others' experience with it. Les |

I love it too. What a great solution by Aronson.

Is there a video of Two Possibilities? Is it cleaner than Todd Lamanske's solution as done on Penn and Teller's show?

I can't find any other information about this effect online. Would someone be so kind as to give a brief description, and/or demo video?
So intriguing! Thanks a lot. |

I’d love to read a description of this effect as well, if anyone knows about it/has it.
