Is it possible to get the B'wave effect with bike backs?

Yes. Not sure if it comes as B'Wave, but if you buy Twisted Sisters, you'll get two sets.

B'wave comes in Bikes. Come to think of it, I've actually never seen it any other way.
I have had this for many, many years now, (and still carry it) and it was a Bike set way back then, and still is. Incidentally, it's a wonderful effect…Absolutely "Classic," and probably why there are so many other effects made in its image.

Most long time B'wave users need to replace the cards at some point. You can buy another marketed set, but really you have two components. The odd-backed card needs special attention (cardsmiths make them) and then you just need normal blank cards. I've found that the odd card stays pretty fresh, but the blanks get dirty eventually. Those can be gotten easily from any store (or the gaff card deck that USPCC sells). If you don't have a bike set, just make sure your odd card is poker sized for bikes and then replace with bike-backed blanks.
