Wiz Kid Qua-Fiki's "Go Fish Card Tricks" uses many of the principles of standard packet tricks in unique ways that transform tricks with playing cards into tricks more suited to children. Many of his tricks can be used together, following the common theme of tricks with "Go Fish" cards, which, of course, can be re-themed with Mickey Mouse Cards, or anything else you desire. It's in Qua-Fiki's Corner at The Magic Nook if you want to take a peek.

Counthesaurus contains displays, counts etc. Sort of encyclopedia nicely written by John Racherbaumer.

The Card Magic of Nick Trost is not a packet-tricks-only book, but there are many good packet tricks within.

Focus by Phil Goldstein -- later he would change his name to Max Maven -- is a collection of the best and most high-impact packet tricks developed. Maven/Goldstein is an excellent and clear writer and each trick has been "focused" to deliver maximum effect with not a lot of time wasted on sillies.
I don't always use the patter he includes. I think it's great stuff, but I've created my own contexts. Your mileage may vary. At least one trick requires a few double-facers, but most are clean. |

I had the packet book Trick You Can Count on and it was excellent! I am not sure, but it might have been the 1st packet trick booklet?
