I recently met with a book restorer and picked his brain for an afternoon on what could possibly be used as a good tool for trimming cards ? His receommendation was using a higher end Book Plough. He said that they are capable of shaving entire books at once so a deck of cards, properly situated (a custom jig would likely be needed) might be possible ?? Just wanted your guys thoughts on this or other tools out there that could be used to create a quality trimmer...preferably one that could do more than 1 card at a time. Any thoughts and or help is appreciated. Thanks.

That might be great for hollowing out a book also....
I'm interested. |

It looks like it could do quite a bit of trimming for cards or books. Just a bit pricey to merely 'experiment' on a possible theory.
