Any methods you know of to give a little age to a pair of dice?

Wooden dice would be very easy to age (Link: http://a.co/3k70xZb). Most are varnished, so that has to go 1st. Use a fine grade sand paper. A soft sanding brick works good too. Try to fade out the dots without removing them. At this point I used vintage distress ink on the corners and sides (http://a.co/dtjF2DX).

Be more specific Ray.
If it's about classical dice, carry them some time in your pockets. But if it's about old or antique dice, the problem is different. |

I want a pair of dice for a story telling routine. Something that looks like they were from the 30's.

Viktor is right, buy original dice.
Celluloïd dice from that era should have implosed by now. Bone dice are easy to find and unexpensive. You may also find vintage ivory dice. |

Bone is another good medium you might want to look into.

I would email him for source (the system is out of production). It never fails to arch eyebrows.. it is used to determine the "shelf life" of the reading. |
