I’m sorry if the following seems to be a shameless declaration of love, but I can’t help it...
I got the Kadar Elite Set a couple of days ago. Wow... This is going to keep me busy for a long time. What a powerhouse. When looking for gold you have to pan a lot of sand and dirt. That isn’t necessary with Kadar. There is very little sand and dirt present in this material. Kadar is pure gold. And may be even better than that. There is nothing like it. There is enough in this Elite-box and the related materials to last a lifetime of readings. I expect its possibilities to be magically, personally (and if wanted commercially) endless. I guess this thing will make a better world, it’s fun! and: you’re not fooling anyone. Now, that is true magic... But also don’t fool yourself and start doing everything at once. Be patient and do more in due time. And of course less is more, anyhow. I hope I can stick to this advice by Chris Gould Otherwise, Kadar will have to straighten me out... For the seekers: I believe this is still invisible at the website, but this will soon be available from the Gemini Artifacts-Alchemy Moon Brotherhood! Happy days. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAbzlj3nf4E |

Kadar is one of the most underground (and under rated) tools by readers. If you are looking on a new way to provide amazing readings for people, do check out Kadar once it makes its was to Gemini Artifacts! I have used this for a few years now with great success!

The Kadar Fortune Cards provide a nice alternative for anyone using the Docc Hilford's "Perfect Mental Club Act" (and don't want to spend the money hunting down a deck of Nile cards).

Wow Delimbeau - what great photos, makes me want to buy one myself!
Can I employ you as in house photographer? ;-) I have sent off as many Kadar Elite sets to Vic as I can make (i.e. not many!) - so they will be waiting for you when we go live (not long now - I just wanted to launch with Gemini with something new and wonderful first!). I am just hoping that they do not all sell out at once, as they are an absolute beast to put together - This plea is genuine, not marketing! I will add my voice to YitzhakNoDice - Pete's Kadar Kabinet is hard to get, but totally wonderful (I can say this objectively, as Pete made these not me) - also, Pete is one of the good guys an a fine gentleman to deal with - give him a Pm ;-) As to the Kadar Poker cards. As many here know, this project was 'taken' from me (a distressing tale that I do not want to dwell over) - so when the Kadar sets go on sale on Gemini - not only will you be supporting the *actual* creator, but there are only a few of the Elite sets available. Also, this will be the *only* place that you can get your hands on the two 'paths' (two comprehensive books explaining their use for the performing magician and the pro reader). These are pretty essential, if you want to unlock the cards. Getting this sort of positive feedback really does warm my heart and make Kadar my greatest achievement, as so very many people are using it all over the world - both in a professional capacity and also just for fun. If each practitioner makes just one reading that leads to a small improvement in a single persons life - well, this is significant no? In dark times, let the Mages hold the light!

I want to echo what Chris wrote about the comprehensive books describing the two paths. Yes, they are comprehensive. Those of us who have them know the gold that is found throughout the books. I have chastised Chris because he charged far too little for these in the past. At $100 for each of the books I firmly believe they will be bargains and will pay anyone performing (as a magician or a reader) back many, many, many times over. If Vic is going to be releasing these, I seriously encourage folks to pick them up!

I was thinking about how or whether to wax the wooden cards to help protect the image surface; has anyone done this? Good idea or no? Alternative methods? How do they wear with regular use?

Hi Prof - no need to, they are already waxed. They should last a lifetime (well, mine at least). As with all my stuff in the remote chance that they f-f-f-fade away - just get in contact, and we will fix you up.

I have not had any issue with my set...having used it hundreds of times, with the cards having been handled by many people.
