Hey folks-
I'm looking for a magic glass apparatus in which the bottomless "sleeve" of the glass can be removed and replaced. Possibly 5-6" Is this an Okito glass? Please advise. Thanks, AC |

There are a couple variations of this. Some begin with a bottomless glass, and have a thin celluloid (plastic) sleeve that fits AROUND the glass. This sleeve does have a bottom. Comedy Milk in Hat is typically made this way. This allows you to place the entire outfit into a hat, then remove the real glass (bottomless), pour liquid in (into the insert), then replace the bottomless glass, and later remove full.
You can easily make something like this from plastic drinking cups (Solo, Hefty, etc.). Cut the bottom off of the one that goes inside, and cut off the top rim of the one that goes on the outside.
