Seems like this book has been out for a couple of years now. It seems as though it contains a lot of great effects (Well, it's virtuall everything he's created) and content, yet I've rarely seen it discussed/reviewed. What's the silence for?

Think it's expensive. Putting it out of reach for many.

Yes that definitely great especially lack of space to get any more physical books. Hope it wont discontinue like some authors for any reason when I have budget to press the buy button. I have WD40 plus 5 or 6 other booklet over the years that's why I pass when it came out.

Looking for a book

I am already spending whole day in front of screen as I am a web developer. I prefer paper books.

The printed book was a limited edition (mine is #267). You'll have to keep an eye on suitable sources of pre-owned magic books, or buy the eBook and print it out yourself.

I have a few eBooks that I have printed out. It's not ideal, but I much prefer reading from paper rather than a screen.
