The price is a bit high for their taste.

They also look pretty pricey - $10.25 per coin. Yikes!

You get four coins AND a [. I got this set because I too was looking for half dollar size Chinese coins for CCC. The dollar size it comes with are too large for me for to work comfortably with.

Ahh, that'll teach me not to read. I'd missed the shell. Then it's a much more reasonable price.

I am seriously looking at this set but am wondering if they will fit in an Okito Box. I have the Jim Zee coin boxes that will accommodate an expanded half [. Any chance you might be able to try them in an Okito Box?

You can get them in different size's also. Just do a little research.

Be aware, though, that those are more of a palming-coin style - very thin and feeling a little on the tinny side.
They don't have much heft to them, which might be helpful for some of the moves, and add a feeling of legitimacy, at least to me.

I have some, and that is correct. They are in fact thin.
But the cost and the aged look are really good. Not for everyone, but you now have more options.
