I think it was in Chris Philpott's All Tied Up that I heard about the "Browie reversal", but looking around I can only find one not-very-good tutorial. I think I must have misspelled Browie -- can anyone help guide me toward the right maneuver? (Or spelling, if that's the case?) Thanks!

It's Braue - and I must have described/taught the Braue Reversal in my books literally hundreds of times - plus my variations of same. You really have to start reading the good stuff!

Incidentally, Fred Braue and I were coast-to-coast friends - he west coast, me east coast. Spoke by phone often; he was instrumental in publishing Hugard's Magic Monthly (in which some items of mine appeared - back in the 1950s! Jean Hugard was also a personal friend.
