I thought years ago I saw someone do a cigarette thru quarter and he showed both sided of the coin
that appeared clean. The version I have has the flop down back half. So I am now looking for one that you can show both sides freely. Is there such a coin? Why I'm I thinking the version I saw years ago, the cutout went into the coin to hide it? Thank you for any replies. |

On tbe NYCMS dvd series I perform a signed bill through quarter. There is a display for both sides, although it uses the Presto flap coin. Also published in Genii.
S.E.M. (The Sun, the Moon, and the Earth) is a sun and moon routine unlike any other. Limited to 100 sets, here is the promo:

The Belanger Cig through Quarter. Unfortunately, I don’t think it is made anymore.

As Michael says, there are ways to display even the "flipper" type but there are coins on the market that are just a coin with a cigarette size hole punched thru the center. You can certainly show both sides there but you cannot show it before (you must do a simple switch and wring it in) then you pass it out without "healing it" (unless you want to do another switch).
Alternatively, If you know someone with a punch in their workshop or a drill press with high quality drill bits, You could experiment making your own.

Paul Belanger's Miracle Cig Through Quarter is a great version to have and no longer made. However, I have it for sale at the moment in the tricks for sale section!
