There was once a young magician who was friendly with an older, established magician. The young magician was over at the established magician's house and showed the established magician's young daughter a trick. The trick generally involved having her select a card and returning it to the deck, whereupon it was palmed off. The deck was then returned to her to shuffle.
The story goes, as soon as the daughter was handed the deck, she immediately declared: "There's one missing." Just by feel. Does anyone know the details? Which magicians where involved, what the trick was, etc.? Thanks everyone! |
