I have a deck that is 100% plastic, and I've noticed the cards are much easier to bend than paper cards (paper cards are more stiff). I noticed this by holding them at the short ends and squeezing. Any recommendation for a plastic deck with stiffer / stronger cards?

I don't know what make and model of plastic cards you're using, but in my experience, KEM and Copag are flexible (with the Copag Exports being particularly flexible), while Modiano, Dal Negro and Juego were stiff. I haven't used GEMACO, Desjgn or Bicycle Prestige, so I don't know how they compare.

Thank you! I was using the Bicycle Prestige, and found them a bit too flexible for my project. I will try out the other three brands you mention for increased resilience
