In your opinion what’s your favorite suit system in a mnemonic or algorithmic stack?

Docc Hilford teaches an excellent yet very easy one in his Pdf on the Si Stebbins (I believe it's called 'The William Coffrin Stack').
He gave it away for free on his site for a while, not sure if it's still available.

The Hilford Stack has been used for 25 years and remains secret because it’s on a Flor & C video; Killer Mentalism With Ordinary Playing Cards!
It has the simplicity of a Stebbins and the randomness of a memorized deck. So easy. Enjoy. |

Is it perceived randomness, or is it actual random deck in terms of no algorithm or order? Jude |

It's perceived randomness. It's variation of Si Stebbins with an algorithmic trick for jumbling the suits.

Is this different from the Lolita System or is it the same?

It's not clear what you mean by a "suit system". Do you mean a numbering system for card suits? If so, what is arguably the best system is explained here.
Or do you mean a system for determining the suit of the following card in a sequential stack? If so, there is no "best" solution, as it is related to how the numeric values are determined in the stack. A suit algorithm that is ideal for one type of stack will fail miserably on another. Or do you mean something different still?

To clarify, I've been looking through various suit systems for one that might pair with or lead to inspiration for a base 10 numerical stack.
