Hey guys.
I knew that Sansminds had a bad reputation, but I never knew exactly why---that is, until now. At September 20, I ordered a dozen decks of Armando Lucero's Deck, just because of how much I liked Armando Lucero and his work. However, Sansminds never got back to me about anything----Tracking, Confirmation, nothing. It was completely blank for me. Around 10 days later I figured that I'd better talk to somebody from Sansminds. I told them about the situation and all they told me, was, "Your order is processing". What does processing mean? was it mailed out? not? Then I thought that that was BS and decided to cancel the order after like waiting for 4 days. I told this 'Brandon' that I was going to cancel the order, because it's still fking processing, and this "Brandon" told me that a supervisor will get back to me on the issue very soon. Well it turned out that there were no supervisor and they just let me sit there and wait like a fool (magician fooler XD) and NOW, TODAY, they sent me an email telling me that my order is 'COMPLETED' and they are mailing the cards out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME SANSMINDS? I told you that I'm cancelling the order 10, 10 DAYS ago and you are telling me, whatever I think, you're stuffing all that product down my throat, whether I like it or not. I don't think I could deal with this and I came to the Café for help. I feel like that I was just FOOLED. Congratulations Sansminds, you've foolen me. |

I've been ordering magic and other items for years. Sometimes it's amazingly quick and sometimes there are delays. I can't think of even one time when I didn['t get the product. Any company is going to have glitches. I would have been much more patient than you but that's just me.
I'm from the generation that had to wait six to eight weeks for ANY mail order item. |
