Do a search in "New to magic" section for "TT". Then scroll down to the topic labeled "TT". There is your answer.

TT is just shorthand for thumbtip.

Also, be advised that some refer to an item called "thought transmitter" as a TT! But the two are so different that it isn't usually a problem to know which is being referred to. GlenD
