I might have created an art piece or ruined some rare collectibles...

You've destroyed it!!!

Seriously, nicely done nkwmagic Smile This is the kind of trick that really needs some adjustments to make it look more authentic, and you've done a great job Smile

One suggestion: why not make a surrounding platform with the same green 'grass' as you have used on the cirular platform, with some runic stones, a few other 'old' and 'mysterious' stuff to make it even more like a miniature magic trick? Smile

Love it! I was always going to do the same type of thing by painting it with spray paint that looks like rock. I surmise that is what you have done. But I always thought that I might be ruining it also, especially if I ever decided to try to sell it (which I have been doing for 2 months on various Facebook magic sales sites to no avail).

My other thought was to purchase polished stones or colored quartz and replace the plastic gems with them.

LOVE IT when Tenyo gets tricked up.
Sure it won't sell as a pure Tenyo, but I think it definitely has its own resale value.

That's a good idea. Actually I might just consider changing the plastic gems into those small stones or mysterious stuff. What is ob my to-do list is to decorate also the little circular box. I want to make a wooden one but I haven't found the right box yet. Surely it won't look good if I just spray some rock paint on it!

I was actually wondering whether I shoud do that before I started. Then I saw another set on ebay with a reasonable price then I bought that for spare and 'pure tenyo collection''. Not sure if I want to sell my redecorated one Smile
