Does anyone know anything about the grippo card to stapled envelope ROUTINE?

The envelope was not stapled it was closed in the conventional way.
Jimmy's method has not been published but Jon Racherbaumer is working on a book of Grippo's effects I am sure this will be in the book. The reason I know the envelope was not stapled is I had seen him do it many times durring the wednesday night magic meetings years ago. |

Jim Steinmeyer has a Stapled Card to Envelope. It was in the December 2002 issue of MAGIC.

Hi Joey,
This is probably not what you want. There is a routine, "Cards to the Pocket," in Jimmy Grippo's book, "The Magic of Jimmy Grippo." Richard |

Reminds me of Terry Seabrook's bill to wallet. In some of the write ups, in place of the bill ending up in an envelope, it would end up between two index cards that had been stapled around all 4 edges.
