Does anyone know the origin of a card trick with the reveal being on a photocopied piece of paper? Not Paul Gertner's photocopied hand. This was a trick with a bunch of face up cards photocopied on one side of the paper. This side also had one face down card. Of course when you turned the paper over the opposite side was reversed with all face down and one card "the selection" face up. I have a bunch of these I made years ago, but I'd like to know where I saw this effect.

There is a version of this trick by Michael Ammar in Magic for Dummies. It is also on Ammar's Easy to Master Card Miracles DVD, Vol. 3, attributed to Daryl.
