I noticed in the latest issue of Magic that the IMS was offering all 50 Magic Academy videos on 10 DVDs for $199 (plus they throw in a free membership). What is the general opinion of the "Magic Academy" videos? Are they worthwhile?

I'll ask the same question again. Maybe someone will answer: Has anyone dealt with IMS and are the DVD's worth it?

Yes, it's worth it. The production values aren't superb, and the length of the vids is shorter than the "big-name" guys. But the price is right, and you get strong material from some of the biggest names in magic. When you consider that the average price of one DVD is $35-45, $199 for 50 of them, even if they are a bit shorter...

Greetings... I have been interested in these DVD's too.. but look carefully at the ad-- you'll see that it's actually 10 DVD's, not 50... but it still looks like good material...

I have the complete set of 50 tapes..
They have combined them onto 10 dvd's.
The tapes are about 30 minutes & to quote

Right--they are 50 videos transposed onto 10 dvds.
