How do you store your gimmicked coins between tricks? Right now, mine is in a vending machine... so uh. yeaaaahhhhhh.......

I store my gaffed coins in a small jewelry box that I picked up for about $15.

It has two small felt-lined drawers and a larger compartment that's perfect for Okito Boxes, a Stack of Quarters and so on. There's also a section of felt-lined rows that are supposed to hold cuff links, but they also work well for coin sets (Chinatown Half, Scotch & Soda, Dime & Penny, C/S/B, etc.) I even have room for a few jumbo coins.

This way, everything is organized and easily accessible, but out of the way of prying eyes (and vending machines). Hope this helps. SETHB

I might be geting a cig through coin, I had the idea of taking a fortune from a fortune cookie, punching a hole through it with a hole punche ( the stub part of the coin will go through it) and putting that in the coin when Im done.

You could visit a coin store and purchase the thin folding plastic holders for coins. They come with paper inserts which allow you to label your coins. I believe I bought one hundred for approx. $10.00.

Okay. Cool. I just don't want to wind up spending 15 bucks on a bag of chips again, lol

I would the most professional way is to have additional pockets sewn on your outfits. It is the most difficult, but it will pay off as long as you remember which coins go in which pocket.

That one sounds like a bit much. I will probably buy the coin pouches like algebraic said.

Or there's the funky little purses that you can't open unless you know the secret. You know, with the clip inside... I think someone said they're Japanese.

Small coin purses work for me.
I keep some seperated by pieces of card stock.
Some don't need seperators.

I tend to forget things that are put away so I try to put them back in the original package with the instuctions in a small plastic box I bought at a office supply. The jewelry box sounds great too.

I am keeping my dime and penny trick along with my tiny dime in a tiny plastic ball that closes tightly so I can "set up" the "coins"

I like the thin folding plastic holders for coins that algebraic mentioned. I add a safety pin to one end and hang them inside of my vest or jacket. This method may also be used to hang them inside of your pants pockets. It allows me to get the coin (s) quickly and without fumbling. The coins can also be replace into their holders quite easily. Though I have spent my gaffed coins in the past, I have not since using this technique.

I've never "spent" my magical coins. I have managed to lose them out of my pockets from time to time. Very distressing!

I like the leather wallet to keep my coins. I too have lost a coin or two. very sad.

I like the memory card wallets you get at Wal-Mart. There are also some good holders that were made to hold 35 mm slides. Camera shops are a great source.

Would I be correct to assume these are for holding photos? Just making sure I am looking in the right part of Wal-Mart!
