Hi Danny,
A number of your effects have been mentioned but not my favourite... Grandpa's Deck. It's a great take on the 'Phil' deck idea where someone chooses the name and that the name on the back of their freely chosen card. I like the idea of Grandpa using the deck as an aid to memorizing his grandchildren which is why the cards have all got names on them. Is this still available and how did the routine come about?

Hey Jon,
Grandpa Deck is still available (http://dannyarcher.com/grandpadeck.htm) and it preceded the Phil deck by many years ... it also is different in that the spectator names the card AND the man's name ... in the Phil deck the spectator names the card and the magician names it Phil ...
This is an effect that I purchased the rights to from another magician (who I shall not name) because after I paid him cash for the effect and began to market it, I discovered that what I had bought was a Stephen Tucker creation ... he had sold me a trick that was not his to sell ...
I contacted Mr. Tucker (a very clever inventor!) and then paid him as well for the rights ...
Grandpa's Deck is by the far the cleanest and most magicial of all the deck/name tricks because the spectator freely names a card and then picks the man's name ...
