Hocus-Pocus is now selling my new item, the Remote Vision Die.
The magician shows a small 2 inch square wooden die. While the magician's back is turned or he is across the room, the spectator chooses a favorite number of the die, places it in a wooden box and covers the box with a lid making it impossible for anyone to see which side of the die is face up. The spectator then concentrates on the chosen number and the magician uses his mysterious magical powers to remotely sense which number is facing up inside the little wooden box. The magician does not need to touch the box or even look at the box containing the die! This can be repeated numerous times as there is absolutely no reset whatsoever! This effect can even be done blindfolded as the signalling device does not have to be seen. The remote vision die effect consists of a wooden cube with different numbered sides, a wooden box with a cover to hide the cube, and specially made micro-electronic receiver unit that fits in a pack of cards and have a range of well over 30 feet. They are in stock now. The die and its box are made of wood and painted. This effect would be perfect for Renaissance faires shows and street gigs, it appears to be a very "period" prop. I have been using my remote vision cube for years with a very special hidden signaling unit that does not have to be seen. After much incourgement from a good friend to sell a version of my own personal special unit I have made a major breakthrough in design allowing me to place the super receiver and v******** unit inside a card box, instead of the insane mess of wires and belts that I have been using up to now, that I would never think of marketing. By the way, If you own the Remore Vision Color Cube, it will work with the new super receiver. Tim Wisseman |

This looks great. I have the color cube and it's one of the best gizmos I've purchased for the price in a long time. Count me in for the cube.

Just got mine! This is so cool. The workings are nicely hidden and the unit works a treat!

Cocomax, the Remote Vision Die as pictured seems to have a much wider lid than than box itself, or is this just an illusion? Please forgive the pun.

I remember seeing an Anverdi version way back in 1986 at an International Magic Convention, must have been 3 or 4 inches square. Very high quality consruction.
Is there a reason for the RVD lid being much wider than the box - does anyone query this? GS |

The lid is wide so that it fit over the box.
The die cube is 2 1/8 inches the box for the die is 2 1/4 inside top and 2 5/8 inch on the outside top. The lid is 2 3/4 inch inside and the top is 3 1/8 on the outside top. So yes the top of the box lid is a full 1 inch wider than the die itself and yet the die fits snuggly into the box. Tim |

Picky, Picky Mr GHoster:) Shame on you:)
Trust me, the lid makes no difference to Mrs Specky.

I received my Remote Vision Die yesterday. I am quite pleased with the product. The receiver works extremely well and the die and box are examinable.
I try to avoid "magical props", but think this wooden box and die does not scream "electronic wizardry", etc and is relatively "innocent" looking. Thanks Tim for a nice product. |

I just got my Remote Vision Die in the mail. I got the smaller version with the vibrating unit. I am ecstatic with this product. It is one of the best magic apparatuses I have ever purchased that I didn’t make myself. Time and care is definitely put into each and every one. Everything works perfectly and I can tell that the batteries are super strong. Everything is completely examinable and it looks just like I made and painted it myself which is just what I wanted and which works perfect for me because all of my props in my parlor routine are made by myself and look unassuming.
I love high tech stuff and this application makes it impossible for anyone to devise your method. What you can perform with this is an absolutely miracle in the spectator’s eye. Also, I want to point out that Tim’s customer service is top notch. I was having payment problems after he had already built mine and he was patient and understanding. After everything got settled he shipped it in a flash. Tim you rock! Now I just need to decide how many other ones I want. Thanks again, Nick |

I wish I knew how he makes these so cheap.
My DEADLY trick works like this, and I had to search high and low to get the price down to what it is. Anyone know if the maker makes these themself? Or is it mass produced? Randi |

This item is made by the seller and is not mass produced as he also repairs them should something go wrong. I think he is leaving money on the table with these but that is just my opinion and I would never complain. A real mentalism miracle and the best money spent. I own both the large and small color cubes with LED and vibrating receivers.

I am just one guy in a garage with some cheap electronic parts a pile of wood and a lot of skill. Everytime I build one I better at making them. I take a lot of pride in seeing that every cube that gets shipped out works as it should and if any break that they are repaired or replaced. I also have a few secret projects being worked on as well that are just as cool as the cubes. I can build 3 or more cubes in a day now.

I have one of these products by another company (Jam Magic) and it is teriffic... made from exotic woods and the cool part is they are about the same price and the electronics are made by one of the best engineers in the country. Contact Dave Mitchell at Jam Magic if interested.
