I challenge Criss Angel, the Mindfreak himself, to contact, Piers, Ichazod, chichi711, gabelson, ElliottB, Skitch, or Kevvy, and perform a more amazing effect over the phone/Internet than the one that they've experienced with Slim King.

Criss, if you'd prefer to use another neutral volunteer, I'm also game for that!
I selected these individuals because of their knowledge of magic and mentalism.
I'm sure they would be just as professional with your presentations as they were with mine.

Well Slim has me on his side Icy, so I would say he is in a far better position if push comes to shove.

Slim is going to be hard to beat on this one, I don't think it can be done!

If you can and leave me the hell alone of I'll be forced to report you to the moderators.

I hope someone takes on this challenge. Slim will be hard to beat. His effect was FANTASTIC. However it is possible that someone has something better. I will be honest in my judging and I hope someone will challenge Slim!!!

I would be concerned if Slim were to perform an effect that is even more direct and disturbing than the one he performed over the phone. People might try to burn him at the stake.

Slim is eventually going to bring Criss Angel to a place of humility. I can see Criss trying to recruit Slim as an advisor. Get him Slim.

Slim:

If you're serious about this I'd spend the few bucks and few hours to type up a press release, fax it to all the major news agencies and local ones as well. My guess is you'll get some pretty awesome publicity for pretty cheap price.

Oh and my money is on Slim.

All the more reason he should take the challenge. Slim is by himself. You are trying to tell me that Slim is going to beat Angle, Banachek, and Jeremy all in one punch?

Thanks for your support! It would be great if someone from the "Green Pages" could crawl from the Mentally Primordial Slime and take on the Mindfreak and his million dollar budget.
I see someone saying...Slime King...
I beat you to it

I think it would be an honor to have Criss blow my mind over the phone. Just like it is when Slim does!

Listening to the radio the other day, I heard an interview with Warren Mitchell (Alf Garnet from 'Til death us do part') He was talking about an early film role he had in a supporting role to Richard Burton.

Warren related a story about one of Burton's trips home to see his family in Wales. This was a large working class welsh rugby loving family. Burton was married to Elizabeth Taylor at the time.

Sitting in the living room his Grandad pipes up from the corner "So what do you think of this Marlon Brando fella Richard?" Burton replies,
"Well he is a very good actor."

Grandad shoots back "Yes, But can you beat him Richard?"

Corona.

Guys it doesn't matter who wins, the publicity will make them both winners.

Lol I venture to say that Banachek along with Luke Jermay and the rest of the pros would fair better in this challenge, however, I only say this because of their large knowledge base and such. No offence slim!

If there's anyway I can help Slim, just let me know. I can't say I'll "stand" behind you if you know what I mean but I'll still back you up.

No offence taken.
Jack Galloway is the real thing. He uses no disclaimers. He said that he would help if needed.
But actually, my part is done. I've presented seven trustworthy people who have experienced something magical. Here, now, and in the real world. No camera edits or stooges. No big budgets or hired hands. My voice...My magic. No stages or trap doors. No Vegas Lights.....Just some simple VooDoo Magic.
Skitch..just be a good judge!

So are you saying that the other side cannot use these tools of the TV Magic Wonder Boy world?
(Edits, stooges, camera games, etc)

I think that places the other camp at a marked dissadvantage.

Also does Criss have to wear a shirt?

PS. As of yet I have seen very little to prove an advanced knowlage base in relationship to Slims.
Not slagging the other guys just offering my thought.

Go after B -- he is a member here, and your route through to criss...

That made me laugh out loud. I am not sure why I found that so funny. I guess it caught me off guard. Thanks for the smile Jim!

I'm sorry, this is funny. A few months ago someone became upset with another and challenged him to a magic-off. A duel, if you will. Just thinking of two guys standing on a stage doing the magic, or mentalism equivelent of dueling banjos just makes me smile. The image of Slim and Criss, each with their nontraditional fashion sense, sharing a stage attempting to out do each other is just too much!

Got to go, a bunch of choice lines from DELIVERNCE are going though my head.

To find an effect that will be more entertaining than the Mindfreak himself?

Slim no offense intended but why not set your bar a bit higher?

I ASSUME without knowing thing one about the effect that you can do it. Just based on HIS inability to actually entertain. Come on brother go for bigger game!

No stages Tony just telephones. But yes the idea of Criss and Slim on the same stage would be funny.

Stage, or school yard.

Teach a certain child this stuff, and go after the million dollar prize.
