Some 10 years ago I purchased a trick, were it was possible to transfer a signature from one playing card to another one. Anyone know if it's still around?

I remember it and actually sad as I am still have it boxed.
It was Juan Carlos Rodarte's Miracle Maker. It isn't easy to perform but you can actually transfer a signature from onre card to another. Paul |

My problem was that the ink in the pen went dry and I couldn't use it anymore. But is someone still marketing this and is Juan Carlos Rodarte still active.

You might want to check out John Bannon's book Smoke and Mirrors. He has a cool effect where the spectator's signature moves from one card to another. Hope that helps some.

I use the Bannon effect all the time. Not a lot of moves and gets a great reaction.

I am a huge fan of the fusion plot. I use it in one of my favorite routines entitled "Point Blank Ambition"

I have a methid as well, which is avaliable now, but unlike Miricle Maker, it does not duplicate the signature.
Mind you apparently there were MANY limitations with MM.

There's Jay Sankey's Uberchange - at least I think that's the name.

I have used Peter Kane's Swiss Signature Switch for a long time. Takes time to make it but it is a very clean transposition of 2 signatures

Hi everyone,
I have an effect that involves a signature going from one card to another, it is called Hypnotrick. It isn't presented as a magic trick though, it is presented as a way of showing off your 'suggestion' capabilities, it is very 'Derren Brown-esque'. The specs are left with a completely examinable card. But the bit I love is that you can have the card inspected before the signing and inspected after the change but if you split the group into 2 sets, one 'hypnotised' and one 'un-hypnotised' you can show each seperate group the card they should see, in other words the hypnotised group will see the card they selected and signed whereas the unhypnotised group, when shown the card will see the card it actually is. I love this premise and am always trying to think of ways to move signatures, maybe one day we will stumble across the holy grail of signature transpositions where you can get the signature on anything you want! I live in hope! Ben |

Can't believe I forgot "Forgery" by Wesley James. Indeed, one of the best.
