I noticed that on your DVD you teach a cigarette eating routine. Sixty milligrams of nicotine has the potential to kill an adult, which is about the amount of nicotine in three or four cigarettes or half a cigar, if all of the nicotine were absorbed. I know that Tom Mullica stopped doing this awhile ago, and I was wondering if you still do this, and do you worry about your health when doing this?
BTW- thanks for stopping by - I really enjoy your work.

Sounds like your a hypnotist who did Stop Smoking seminars. . . . . I did. . . and you sound like me! Yes, that ANOTHER one of my professions. . .hypnotist. But that was before everybody was doing hyp shows. . .and I mostly did seminars.
Anyway. . .the video you saw was really me just teaching how to tongue a cigarette. That's it. If I taught a routine, I'd like to see it since I don't remember doing that
I have a whole theory on health. . . .and smoking. Did you know that Asians, as a culture, are massive smokers?. . . but they don't have nearly as man cases of lung disease as we do? I know why!

Sorry, word above was supposed to be "many" not "man".
anyway. . . . . Asians. . particularly Japanese, traditionally have a diet very low in dairy foods. Dairy causes mucus build-up in the body. Nicotine sticks more readily to mucus-filled membranes of the esophagus and lungs. Thus, a low-dairy diet will yield less smoking-related diseases. I have a relatively low dairy diet so I really don't worry too much about nicotine related problems. I also take 3000 mgs. of Vitamin C. I haven't been sick with so much a cold or flu since March of 2001. Some people say that excess C doesn't do one any good. I'm living proof that it does.
I do enjoy calamari however. . . . .
Class dismissed.

Actually since vitamin C is water soluble any that is not needed by your body at the time is urinated out. However, if you always put in excess, you'll always have as much as your body needs. Just like magic (see you knew it would get back on topic eventually).
