Stealth assasin overated? - I beg to differ!
the new outlaw magnum incorporates 3M technology in the form of a similar plastic film that is used on the telethought wallet, but also the new magnum wallet can also be used for pocket writing in the same way that the "older" and now infamous outlaw did. - see roths posting above about what his new magnum will do. - I think that magnum will beat the pants of the excelent telethought wallet. - watch this space. doc steve |

I've had a prototype of the Magnum since January. In the interest of full disclosure: as many of you know, I'm a friend of Rick's and three years ago, we developed the orginal Outlaw wallet together-- actually, I had a very small part in it- Rick was the brains of the outfit.
Then, after several incarnations of the Outlaw, Rick developed the Magnum and swore me to secrecy for two reasons: One, he didn't want to disclose the "secret works" on his website page, and two, he honestly wanted to surprise his buyers. I have not seen the Telethought wallet, so it would be unfair to comment, but when Rick showed me the secret behind Magnum, it admittedly brought an evil smile to my face. All I can say is it adds an element that takes the peek to another level of "fairness". The peek can be achieved with the Magnum closed- the same way as with Rick's other Outlaw wallets; however, with Magnum you can show BOTH sides of the wallet while it's loaded with the peek card, and the spectator will never see it, plain and simple. It's the closest one can get to a peek without a peek, shall we say. Another nice attribute of the Magnum, is that it has five working pockets and a hidden pocket for cash. That's as much as I can say for now, for fear of the Outlaw Posse hangin' me high. BTW, you can still P.W. with the Magnum, just as you can with Rick's other wallets. |

The Stealth Assassin is a general dealer item available from many places and, as Steve says, originates from Peter Nardi and Alakazam Magic in Kent.
Kioku is available from Outlaw Effects Just reading the thread and applying a bit of common sense, (oh I don't know - searching the Café, Google), would get you the answers to these sorts of questions. |

Ok, everyone talks a lot about pocket writing, and to my shame I have not yet done so with my outlaw. For a quick off-topic question (but relevant because of the posters on this thread knowing a lot about it) can I do it decently in jeans?
Am I nuts not to practice it? |

Just to clarify in an earlier post Roth said to Chris Williams he toyed with the idea of the telethought wallet then decided against it as he felt the outlaw didn't need it. Now I get the impression he has used this same principal with the new magnum. So can someone please confirm this , just curious ?

Now I get the impression he has used this same principal with the new magnum. So can someone please confirm this , just curious ? I think this post explains a lot. The Magnum "extra" was going to be a surprise bonus to the buyers, it was there all along. I said I didn't use it in the Outlaw (or Panther) which I don't. I never mantioned that it wasn't used in the Magnum. Even after Chris Williams post I still wanted to keep it under wraps. I felt I had to let a little bit of the cat out of the bag eventually. I still have not even said what the "extra" is or what it does. The Magnum page was up long before the Telethot wallet was ever seen at Blackpool. The Magnum is a different style than the Telethot (which resembles my original Outlaw) I wish Mr. Kenworthy the best with his wallet. I don't wholesale my products so you will probably see his wallet sold by a distributor sometime soon. BTW, the little "extra" is not the selling point of Magnum. I sold a boat load on this pre-order before I even let the "extra" out of the bag. Magnum is the first mini bi-fold peek wallet. It has 3 more pockets than the Outlaw and will hold cash and 20 or more business cards. That's whats selling this wallet. The handling can be done just like my other two wallets or there is an additional option now with the "extra" I hope I didn't come across defensive here, I'm just trying to be concise in my effort to answer you. BTW the process of designing and manufacturing a new wallet takes months. This is not something that you can just change or create in a couple of weeks And... Magnum ISSHIPPINGTHISWEEK! RR |

I have used a lot of wallets over the years, including some not mentioned on this thread. I like EvilDan's Vendetta, Allen Zinng's Limited Edition Zingg Wallet, and the original PJ, but the wallet I carry is the Outlaw and soon, The Outlaw Magnum.
It is the only one allows me to peek, pocket and nail write with ease. It is absolutely innocent in appearance and a elegant in operation. And it is from Outlaw. Rick has consistently provided above and beyond what he promises with his many products at a price far less than what they are worth. Also, he really cares about his creations and his customers. What more can you ask for? |

Hi all,
Magnum M3M is very clever idea...to the best of my knowledge, the system in Magnum to make can be show BOTH sides of the wallet while it's loaded is brand new idea in our comonity. CC |
