As to the original question of which book to use for a BT that is entirly up to each performer. I have and use all three. To me they are equal. The real beauty of all of these books is that you and I can perform using the same book and our presentations will be entirely different even if we both choose the same subject. The big advantage of Outlaw's books is that we can each create our own entirely different effect. I love to be able to tell a story using my own imagination and not that of the creator of the effect. Just prepare a different presentation for each book and as you know you could combine books for a given "victim".
