Wich one is the thinest deck you know? How many of the thinest cards are needed to make a deck wich has the same height of a regular deck?

The thinnest deck is the Invisible Deck.

I can't remember the name of the deck but Denny and Lee Magic Studio carried a deck of cards which looked like a single deck but actually had if I remember correctly around 80 cards.

It is the PROTEA deck. On the side it says PLASTIEK BEDEKTE KAARTE. Inside the flap it say, "made in the Republic of South Africa by Protea Playing Card Company Johannesburg." The Card trick "Phil" is made from them, an excellant trick by the way.

You did not mention, for what use, close-up or stage manipulation?
The Phoenix Double-Decker is 2 decks in one.
