Ok, Im looking into buying some gaffs to hopfully expand some of the magical essence of my performaces.
The thing is, I use real silver 1964 ken half dollers.
I want to get some gaffs that will match what my coins look like, but it seems most gaffs look more the the silver plated copper coins. Im new to gaffs, as all my routines use normal coins and cards, I have 1 matched sh**l that I got from Dean, very impressed with it, and must say Thank you to dean for helping me with getting one, and the advice with my no extras.

My question is, where could I get some of the following items that would match my coins.

Jumbo half 3in, then maybe like a 6-9incher also
Flipper/butter coin
Split coin (is there a difference between this and a flipper?)
Everything that the local magic shop has just looks like junk. So I wanna be sure I am getting quality or quality looking product

Like Allen said. The Johnsons are really nice coins. I have been using them and the craftsman ship is better than what you will find in those magic shops. You pay a little more but its worth it.

Thanks for the link... I wonder if this is coin grade silver...

I would hate to spend 400 bucks on a coin and have it chip or break because the silver is no resilient.

Anyone have one of these that could comment?

I've never been happy with the quality, or lack of quality of present jumbo coins. When you're using walking liberty half dollars in very fine, or extremely fine condition in a coin routine, it's very frustrating producing a jumbo coin at the end of the routine that is an eye sore. Max's jumbo coin has me very excited about using my coin routine along with Dean Dill's production pad.

A good guide to coin quality is, "The official Red book, A Guide Book of United States Coins." Hobby stores and coin dealers carry this book. I recommend the spiral edition. It allows you to have the pages flat for better viewing. It's a great guide on the condition of coins.

Many walking liberty half dollars are in poor condition. Max's jumbo coin appears to be in uncirculated condition. That's another reason why I'm excited at producing Max's coin as the final production piece. It's a stunning coin.
