Does anyone know of a source for spring loaded, wind up motors? Or rubber band motors? Or even some simple design I could make myself. Thanks in advance. I want to use it to slowly turn an certain illusion...

Old rubber band airplanes? Still available to buy, Try looking for the old moving signs from the grocery or liquer store, they are battery, and usually slow, or add some step gears to slow it...(find a slot car set at the thrift store and have at!
