Just received this today. Looks very classy as you can see from the above picture. Well made. Hardware and latches are top quality. It also has low profile casters to easily move the table on a smooth surface. The only downside is that the table is a little wobbly, so if you had a glass of liquid sitting on top, it could spill if you lean on the table. It's not too bad though.

The base is actually part of the table that you unlatch and place on the floor.
You are supplied with 2 metal tubes that fit together and then attach the base to the bottom of the table. This support, base to table, is why the table is a little wobbly. Now it won't tip over by any means but it is not rigid.

When you are finished with your performance, you detach the metal tube supports from the base and the bottom of the table. (friction fit) The base attaches to the table via the latches and you put the metal tube supports inside the table. There is plenty of room for your props. Your props will move around inside the table because of the assembly and dis assembly.

All that said it does look very professional and well made. I just would have changed the design on the base to table support to make it more stable. Who knows
maybe that would not have been practical due to weight issues or speed of assembly. There is at least a 30 day wait due to the fact that they are made to order and different styles are available.
Hope that helps if anyone is interested in ordering one.

For my act it looks horrible. Well constructed but it looks to me that reset would just be awful for what I do.

I would end up with a mess in a box.

How do you reset with this?

I guess that would depend on what you put inside. I purchased the Deluxe Table which has 2 removable shelves. (They are not adjustable). You could very well place your props inside with the shelves in place and just put some of the sponge like packing material or other material to keep the props from rolling around.

Now if you purchased the table without the shelves and you needed your props to be organized well then that would present a problem.

I really do like the look of the 10 Second Table. It is very easy to set up and tear down. Takes....well,...about 10-20 seconds. I did purchase a Lefler Table too but doesn't look near as nice as the Charvet Table IMO. Everything has it's advantages and disadvantages. All in all I'm happy with it................Oh and a Café member kindly gave me some suggestions on the wobble issue. Again it's not that big a deal for me... Any other questions...ask away..glad to help.

I use the Charvet table, the one with the shelves. I use it to hold my entire stand up routine. It looks great, and works wonderfully well!

Hi,

I am considering this table and wondered what you found out about the wobbling issue. Were you able to correct it?

Thanks,
Bruce

I have recieved my deluxe 10 sec table sometime back. Its a bit wobbling but so far I am fine with this as long as I don't put stuff that topples easily on it.

I have ordered and gotten my deluxe 10 sec table. After a month or 2, 2 rivets came off. I have to buy a rivet gut and rivets to replace them myself (due to the distance from Singapore to US) even though David was kind enough to volunteered to do it for me. Comparing the 10 sec table and deluxe 10 sec table (i had both), I think the 10 sec table seems more durable even though the deluxe 10 sec table looks nicer.
