Mark Twain (Allegedly. People love to attribute it to him yet it was never in his writings or speeches. It was attributed ti him for a couple decades prior to his death though.)

One of my all time favorites is from Jay Marshal. We were at a magic awards banquet of all things. When the next act was announced he grumbled an expletive for Intercourse. Naturally I asked what was wrong he said "I've already eaten anything I could throw."
