This looks like the most practical thing on the market right now. Also looks sturdy and this is definatly something that I will write up as a future investment. Quality props and assets are the best and this looks like a keeper -DP

Has anyone review this after using it? I have seen the introduction video but I would like to hear about the routine provided and how is it when working in the real world.

The article is not out yet, it was meant to be reviewed in the August edition, it's now due to be in the October issue. There are other reviews on the website though.

Hi Dave,
Seth Kramer showed me your ring flight at Magic Live. Love it. Obviously used and designed by a pro for other pros. Congratulations on a truly great product. I bought one from a friend. Got it yesterday and tried it last night. The handling is natural and the method for the lock is direct, simple and ingenious.
I'll probably end up getting a couple more...
Stuff this good is a must have.

Just thought I'd chime in on RFR.
I've had mine for about 2 months now and I absolutely love it. It works great and it's built to last. I've played with a lot of ring flights, and this is definitely my favorite. Dave has created a great product and I hope he does well with it.
Ring flight is one of my favorite effects and now I finally have the perfect method and gimmick to achieve the effect. A+ product all the way!

I like the look of this and will probably pick one up. I had rinky dinky and thought it was a great idea but was so poorly executed, I never actually used it. My biggest issue was the fact that I couldn't keep the key in my pocket. I added keys to make it heavier but even that didn't help. For those that have RFR, where do you keep the keys during the effect and do the keys stay put or do you have to anchor them in some way?

I do keep it in my back pocket by the way, the keys weigh plenty enough to keep them in the back pocket.

My RFR arrived yesterday. Unbelievably fast shipping considering I ordered on the 5th! Customer service from Dave has been second to none. As for the RFR itself, I ordered the Toyota model. I've only had time to play with it for a day but I am very impressed with the mechanics and quality. Inclding two clips and all the extra keys was a great touch. The dvd instructions that come with the RFR were also great. Great sound and lighting and everything was easy to follow. I've always been a huge fan of the CW Morelli Ring as my ring flight of choice, but I have to say that I will be switching to the RFR. Top notch product all around and the best r**l ring flight I've seen.

Can't wait to get mine, I liked the idea behind rinky dinky but had it fail on me, I then got departure first model and again it broke but was replaced with the second model, now the second model had not broke and is wearing well however my issue is trusting it to not fail on me during performance, which has led to greatly reducing the times I perform this effect, so based on the reviews on here I went for Daves model.

Very speedy shipping on this, I've been road testing this for the last couple of days, got great faith in this unit, you can tell it's built to last, love the locking part allowing the spec's to take the ring off.

I would just like to say what a fantastic product ring flight revoloution is, this is without doubt the best ring flight I have ever used.
It looks like what it is just a bunch of keys but it works superbly.
The service I recieved from Dave was second to none, all my emails regarding the product were answered extremely quickly even on a Sunday, and the product sent out immediatly and arrived the next day.
The Dvd is excellent and very detailed, after a few days for some reason the dvd would not play any more Dave sent me another the very next day after contacting him.(This has been fine by the way)
Also I had a small problem with the ring flight nothing major but I asked Dave if he would take a look at it for me but Dave put a new one in the post trusting me to send the other one back.
With the guarantee Dave is offering and the after sales service he supplies I cannot recommend this highly enough. Also the envelopes for the Jerry O'Connol wallets are a dream to use saving me hours of work.

Wow, finally a great looking ring flight that looks 'real'!
I will definatively get one. I was also very disappointed with Departure, especially after the thread broke and found out that, in order to fix it,
you have to pry the case open that is GLUED together.
Very well done Dave! I just wish the BMW one would also be $85.00

Thanks for all your kind comments guys. Great to hear that the RFR is going down well.
I wish I could sell all the RFR's at £85 Silvio, I would probably sell a lot more, but some keys cost a lot more for me to buy and some take a lot longer to make than others. The BMW takes nearly an hour longer as the key is so slim and takes a lot of delicate machining.
But when you think of the 2 year guarantee with each. It's not a bad price!

Got my Ring Flight Revolution today, and have just watched the disk and played a bit with the gimmick. I can promise you all a very good product and a dvd with all information you need.
Looking forward to practise and then perform this wonderfull effect!!

Just received mine today. Everything about this is wonderful. I have been looking for the perfect ring flight and I think I've found it. It does not scream gimmick at all. I have own rinky dinky, departure, etc. This by far surpasses these. The whole thing just makes sense.
You actually get a lot for the investment. For example,
1. A quality set of keys. Each key has a purpose!
2. The gimmick key is the real thing, not a cheap imitation of a key.
3. A 2 year warranty---What ring flight gives you that!
4. A DVD that breaks everything down for you. Including how to take everything apart and how to put it all back together. This would have been helpful when I owned departure!
5. I purchased mine second hand and David extended the warranty to me! Incredible customer service.
I cannot say enough good things about this. The best feature is the specs ring is actually locked on the key set. The spec can pull it and it will not pull away from the keys.
I'm very happy with this. If you like ring flights, I'm not sure there's a better one out there that looks so normal.

I would like to know what type of rings are best suited for this product. Can you use mens rings or only ladies rings? Are there limits as to weight?
How picky does the performer have to be in selecting a spectator's ring?

Not picky at all you could even do a mens and ladies together, I have not had a mens ring yet that would not fit. I usually prefer a mens ring as the extra weight for me is easier to handle.
Hope this helps I would recommend you buy it you won't be dissapointed it is the rolls royce of ring flights.
