Here is a picture of the Owen Magic Vanishing Radio.

You might want to check out the Paul Osborne books with plans that contain some of the smaller tricks.

Many thanks for the info about radio, very helpful. I see the link you posted but seems that radio is not on Owen plans... long time ago I found a couple of books about Thayer Màgic that contains all its publications. But I did not remember the name of the book and I tryed to find it again but no lucky.

I am trying to find who was the first who created the radio vanishing effect. In Màgic Bulletin by Thayer you can read that in 1922 Bert Douglas created one. Then seems there is no more info about vanishing on magic literature radio until 1938. The fist add that sold vanishing radios that I found was by Grants Màgic in June 1938.

Any one can post any info about vanishing radio before year 1938?

Kind regards

Dennis Michael has compiled a very good content list for the available books. You want to PM him his your interest in the Vanishing Radio plans. Dennis Michael has all the Osborne books, and should be able to help you.

Here is Paul Osborne's books that are available:

http://hamiltonholtinc.stores.yahoo.net/books.html

Here is the Owens and Thayer books available:

http://www.owenmagic.com/Books___Bluepri......nts.html

You may want to inquire with them as to the availability of the Vanishing Radio plans, and if they are in their books.

Sadly Paul Osborne has passed away (died) recently, so I don't know if their is anyone knowledgeable as to content available to answer questions.
