Great news to all Kid show performers like me! I just had a friendly chat with Jef himself over the weekend and he is happy to announce that he and good friend Don were able to make limited numbers of Kandu products like Comedy Carton, Knot Funny, and Fun Trays. So for those who are awaiting the availability of those items, now is the time for you to go get one.

I have bought most of Jef's items I can use as a kid show performer and one thing I like is the uniqueness of the prop and quality you are paying! I am saying this because I love all of Kandu's Magic products... Aside from the 3 items mentioned, I also have The Hank Trick, Card in Balloon... Knot Funny is the best to me, but they're all very good. I have and use the Carton and the Wandomatic too.

Yes, Jef's products are great. I have the comedy carton, and comedy card in balloon (almost), and they both get great reactions from the audience. Jef is a GREAT guy to deal with, as well.

I love Rootin Tootin Root Beer.

Knot Funny & Comedy Carton are both winners.

I use the comedy carton. Gets a great reaction form the kids.

I second all good comments about Knot funny.

And I'm takin' all you guys out to dinner for all the nice comments!
And on a serious note, I am looking for some remote control "genius" to give me a little help for a prop that I am currently making for my show.
I have it working but I need to make it a workhorse.
I will gladly pay for the knowledge.

I had a traded Knot Funny for something I really needed. Now I want it back! I have Comedy Carton and love it!

Now I want Crazy Cups and Fun trays! Now time to save.

Can someone review Crazy Cups for me? are there any bad angles, is it easy to work, the quality of prop?

I just bought the Comedy Carton. I can tell you that Jef's customer service CANNOT be beat. I had a small issue with the prop (from shipping) and he jumped all over it. He was VERY helpful. When I raise the cash, I will probably go broke buying the rest of his stuff!

You absolutely get the dinner!

Powermagic, the video shows the simple routine, and the drape hides the gimmick from the sides. There is no perceived movement to make the wand fall or the cups tip. Obviously, there are angle problems with the vanish as the cup is sticking off the back of the tray, but it is revealed as a gag at the end.

One of the things that I like about Jef's stuff is that it is funny...even silly...without being "over the top". It suits my particular performing style. I have great respect for Silly Billy, but his style does not fit with mine. He is just too "over the top silly" for me. That being said, he is an incredibly successful children's performer, and there is much that can be learned from his book and DVD.

In fact, I use his Silly Wands in my show (depending upon the venue).

Jef, do you attend the KIDabra Convention? If so, I'd love to meet up.
