I am getting back into magic after dabbling in it a few years ago. I was thinking about using a 10 Commandment coin from Living Waters to do some coin magic. I would do it during street evangelism.
On one side it walks someone through the Gospel. On the other side it has the Ten commandments. After doing a trick or two, I would give them the coin as a tract. What do you think? http://www.livingwaters.com/index.php?pa......&lang=en

Go for it, but have a large supply of coins to hand out after doing the magic. They are souvenirs for the audience, not just magic props

I know this is a little bit dated, but October 22, 2008, at 6:09pm I put a post under the topic "Miser's Dream Rountine- Need Help" by David Freeman. So you can find it by putting the above topic in The Magic Café' search box. Way down the list of posts I had a post how I used The Ten Commandment coins for The Miser's Dream combined with suction cup clips you can purchase at Office Max for gluing inside the utensil can available at Wal-Mart. Switch cans at the end of the performance to a can full of Ten Commandment coins- every audience member gets one... Use Chris Capehart's DVD routine other than having the coins loaded in the can itself at the beginning show can show hands empty at the beginning and tap on the bottom of the upside down can (without dislodging the coins out of the clip...) I will bring the can to the FCM convention if you'd like to see it- thanks for reminding me to share this with others... The Ten Commandments Center Tear by John de Vries (sold by Dock Haley/Steve Varro) also is a good tie in to this routine... Change the patter with the Center Tear to tie into Ray Comfort's approach for sharing the Gospel- could work out pretty well maybe... Thanks again for your post- got me to thinking about those cool coins again! Levent would suggest gluing several together to make a loader sound when dropped into the can...
