Trying to find lost clips to put up by several requests. Will put up fuller versions as I find them Here legendary Dorothy Dietrich speaks to women having to cook and getting sawed in half. She has blazed the way for women in magic in many ways. In her presentations she raises the bar and does feats even the male magicians will not do. Including having a rifle pointed at her face for the bullet catch under test conditions, never before done by a woman, and escaping from a burning rope hanging high in the air from a parachute ride never done before or since by man or woman. When not traveling she heads up the only building in the world entirely devoted to Houdini, at Scranton's Houdini Museum. Besides the white poodle shown, she travels with yet another poodle (black), 5-6 doves, a rabbit and two ducks and other livestock. She continues to do the original Houdini Seances each Halloween, that includes the Houdini Family and that was passed on from Beatrice Houdini after 10 years to Walter B. Gibson who then made Dorothy promise to Dorothy to continue them.
