It has been a difficult year indeed.
I remember Steve when he had a magic shop in Worcester, Massachusetts in the '70s.
R.I.P. Steve and condolences to his family.

I'm stunned. Steve was my childhood mentor. Growing up in Worcester, Massachusetts, in the 70's, I spent hours upon hours, day after day, in his magic shop and in his home. He taught me, and encouraged me to perform, and compete. He was a great friend, and this is just such a terrible loss.

Wow!
He was scheduled to do a lecture at the Magic Castle on March 20th.
Sad news indeed.

This is sad news indeed. He was one of my favorite magicians, when I was a kid. First saw him on The Merv Griffin Show, performing his Martians routine. I later patterned my close-up sponge ball routine on his routine. He will undoubtedly be missed.

I purchased his sponge ball "tool kit" with sponges and DVD on the small magic shop on Mackinaw Island last summer- extremely well done. I had no idea he was even ill- just sad news- seems like so many wonderful magicians are leaving this mortal stage recently. My sincere sympathy to the family.

I have a Steve Dacri magic set, the one shot at the Magic Castle. GREAT set and Steve was one of the nicest most generous guys I have ever met in magic or out. He really will be missed. Bye, bro,
