Hi Jamie,
First - thank you! Your work and writing is awesome.
You very generously said there are no stupid questions. So here's a sensible question, posed by an idiot.
For Magic Friday, you get to try out a lot of different effects (and presumably try out far more than you actually perform).
So what are the three strongest effects you've ever performed?
And kind of as a supplementary, related question, what's the strongest audience response you ever had from those effects?

Great question!
There's so much great magic out there now that I rotate my greatest effects in and out of my sets. Currently, it would be:
Alan Rorrison's SMOKE
Richard Sanders: FIBER OPTICS
RNT 2: JDG Fundamental Cups (excuse the plug, but they're awesome!)
Here's an interesting note~ a couple of months ago, I ran into a woman that I had met several years ago- once- via work. By a coincidence, we met up again and she pulled a piece of paper out of her wallet with a really crappy drawing of a flower on it:
"Do you remember this?", she said. "You drew this for me. I had drawn the same flower on another piece of paper~ that you never saw...but you knew.
Magic touches people in ways we never know about.
