Can anybody tell me what a reversed marked deck is?

I assume the cards are marked on the front, e.g. the Queen of Hearts bears a big red Q on the face and somewhere an icon showing a stylized shape of heart.
My guess at least....

Ohhh I think I know, it may be where the usual markings are upside down so you can spot them from the front, if that makes sense? So if the spectators spread the deck in front of you , you can see the mark. As opposed to looking to the far corner for it.

All this means is that the marks are in the lower left corner of the card, an atypical location.

Wrong?
There is no 'wrong' in someone's preferences!

There was an ad in one of the magic magazines recently. The cards are marked top right and bottom left. Claimed benefits IIRC were:
Spec tends to look at top left for marks because we read left to right. Spreading cards left to right, the marks only show at lower left, in a covered position. When dealing, it's natural for the dealer to glance at the top right of the card that is being dealt. Does it really make a difference? IDK. They made it sound like the greatest thing since sliced bread. Maybe it is.

I never used the term "wrong"; that was SimonG-97.
But thanks for coming to my defense, Dick!
